SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES, RATES AND DELIVERY TIME
**OUR ONLINE ORDER FORM WILL CALCULATE SHIPPING RATES BASED ON YOUR ORDER AND YOUR SHIPING ADDRESS**
*We're working with carriers to deliver packages safely and quickly. Most arrive on time, but some may be affected by nationwide shipping delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships and be advised that the arrival date may be an estimate, although the majority arrive on that date, or within a day or two of the anticipated arrival date.
*NATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE AND SHIPMENT TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY ANY CARRIER*
Please allow 2-3 business days in house for fulfillment, processing and shipment of your order. Your order will ship once complete.
Once your order leaves our warehouse:
Packages shipped Standard/Ground typically arrive in 4-6 working days.
International shipments and shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands or APO addresses will be shipped via 1st Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. Actual postage charges will apply based on package weight and final destination.
**Please note: Some items may be ineligible for international shipping due to size/weight. You will be notified if the item in your order cannot be shipped to your international destination.**
Shipping charges for larger items are based on the item weight and destination for larger items such as cases of First Communion banner kits, palm, church candles, Altar wine, large scale statuary, large scale nativity scenes, and church furniture. For larger items, like those mentioned, you will be charged the actual shipping charge (based on weight/destination) for your order.
CUSTOMS/DUTY: Custom costs are separate and independent of our charges. Customs/Duty fees are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not collect these fees nor are they known to us at time of shipment.
APO/FPO Parcel Post delivery requires that we are only responsible for proof of delivery to your APO/FPO address. We cannot be responsible for lost packages once they have been received into and confirmed at the APO/FPO. You will need to contact your APO/FPO for tracing packages from that point. All APO/FPO packages are sent certified.
FedEx provides Count Your Blessings with the capability to trace your package during any stage of the delivery. If you feel your package is taking an unusually long amount of time for delivery, please let us know and we will trace the package for you.
WE REQUIRE a complete street address (no P.O. Boxes) for FedEx/UPS delivery. FedEx/UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
