I had two candles from a box break in transit and they replaced them quickly and with no hassle! They also made sure the packing was extra secure so those wouldn't break.

These candles are not 8 day candles. They are 9+ day candles. We've had some last for 11 days! We have tried cheaper 8 day candles but they barely last that long. If you need a reliable 8 day candle, this is the one for you.

My family have bought this candle from Kaufer's for over 10 year. We saw it first at our parish and noticed how it does not create smoke residue and started ordering them. Great product but expensive
